Japan PM Abe visits Ann Frank museum I came here Amsterdam in 2005. Recent embarrassing news who ruined Anne Franks Diary at public library in many cities reminded me of this house museum. I could not believe In this tiny building, 2 families lived in the hidden room behind the secret bookshelf. Even that time I felt some tight feeling on my throat and have seen less Japanese. Multinational tourists were there and all by myself thought of Sempo Sughihara 杉原千畝 who saved Jewish refugees in Lithuania. He was sent as ambassador to look for USSR move during the wartime and coincidentally released 6000 thousand copies of transit visas, handwriting certificate saved them to travel to Japan in 1940. He just did it for humanity and it was against Japan government command. Back in WW2, Japan, Mussolini Italy and Nazis Germany were alliances. Not only Europeans who saved Jewish residents bravely, some of Japanese sacrificed their life to do good things. So proud of them.
