Jas and I do the first 3 every day, the fourth sometimes once a week, sometimes just once a mnth. I swear, if you have anxiety, ocd, depression, tiredness, lack of inspiration....this is the BEST method of treating it. Since the David Suzuki 30 x 30 Nature Challenge in 2012 I have been getting outside nearly every day and it has helped my mental state and general health immensely. I know a lot of people dont have the time to get out for the hours each day we do, but I can assure you even 30 mins to an hour makes a huge difference in mood and health :-) (Okay, for the snow people, wait til you have a proper spring happening!) Ps...we have our phones on us for emerg. but always make it a rule to not be using it otherwise when we are out there, disconnect from technology and connect to the wild around you :-)
