Company: TradeNet kn-it Job Type: Fulltime Starting Date: ASAP Job Tasks: 1. Receiving and analysing the customer’s requirements and reviewing the impact on business 2. Preparing the project design according to the customer’s requirements 3. Preparing the project plan, setting the estimated time and managing the assigned tasks 4. Monitoring and following up on the project execution according to the plan 5. Monitoring the progress in the development phase 6. Responsible for bug fixing control and suggesting solutions 7. Managing and reviewing the deliverables batches 8. Supervising the team in the development phase 9. Creating the time sheet to monitor the subordinates’ progress Requirements: - Computer Science/Computer Engineering graduate. - A minimum of 5-7 years of experience, holding the title of Team Leader currently. - Strong leadership skills and previous experience managing a big team. - Excellent communication and delegation skills. - Strong experience in Java, experience in mobile applications development is a PLUS not a must.
