Jawatan Kosong (Malaysia) : Salary ranging 30,000 MYR - 40,000 MYR 1.Project Manager (T&I / SURF) 2.Senior Project Engineer (T&I, SURF) 3.Lead Process Engineer - Malaysia / Singapore 4.Lead Structural Engineer - Malaysia / Singapore Project Manager (T&I / SURF) (Salary is more than 35,000 MYR ) Ensures preparation of Project Execution Plan (PEP),Project Scope of Work,Project Schedule,Project Budget Review and approves:Estimates,Project Financial forecasts Responsible for management of all phases of medium projects or part of larger projects. Accountable for financial and technical success of project or segment of the project. Manages project personnel to achieve project objectives. Bottom-line accountability for the financial and technical success of the project or area of project responsibility. May manage Bid Proposals, when assigned. Promotes a culture of teamwork, collaboration and success. Learns from other leaders. Has demonstrated values in line with company’s values. Ensures Clear and open communication within PMT members and between PMT and functional groups. Ensures the changes in scope of work, schedule are captured in the Change Management System (DTMS) Implementation of Lessons Learned Manages Internal and external customer relationships,Cost, schedule, safety, quality and contractual requirements of project through effective plan in accordance with company procedures.Staffing of PMT with competent persons from the functional groups Applies basic understanding of company’s business to improve project cost effectiveness, apply change management principles and improve project margin. Prepares and delivers formal presentations and project reports. Desired Skills and Experience Education: Masters/Bachelors in Engineering Experience: At least 15 years experience in working on offshore oil & gas development projects including T&I (transportation & installation). Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills. Able to review discipline deliverables and add value with audits. Able to plan, schedule and budget projects. Senior Project Engineer (T&I, SURF) Coordinates, oversees and in certain cases leads segments of the project Shows desire and potential to lead project team with more than one aspect of scope (engineering, procurement, fabrication or installation) Supports project leaders. Will have responsibility for financial and technical success of area of project. Actively builds rapport with and gains respect from people with varied experience and background Shows keen interest in project management after gaining experience in either one or two functional disciplines – Engineering, Fabrication, Marine Operations or Project Controls Assists in preparation of:Project Execution Plan (PEP),Project Scope of Work,Weekly progress reports,Subcontract package scopes Monitors/expedites:Procedures and calculations approval,Delivery of materials and equipment (with Procurement Coordinator),Daily progress with Production and Offshore Field Engineers,Client Free Issue materials,Use and development of Lessons Learned Ensures:Operations carries out work in accordance with engineering details, procedures and specifications Conduit for cross-functional information and data for:integrated Project Schedule,QC Plan (with QA Coordinator and inspector),Technical queries within project disciplines and between project and suppliers. Education:Degree in Engineering. Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in offshore transportation & installation projects. Qualifications:Good interpersonal, communication, management and planning skills. Lead Process Engineer Report to : Head, FEED & Design Verification Section Job Purpose 1. Responsible to provide process engineering design review and verification 2. capability to projects during proposal, FEED, and or EPCIC phases, to minimize / optimize bid, procurement and construction quality, safety, cost and schedule. Job Description: ·Review, verify, and manage detailed design work during EPCIC phase. ·Review, verify, and manage FEED work during ITB / FEED competition phase. ·Review and manage vendor data review and incorporation into detailed design. ·Support STQ resolution during fabrication phase; review commissioning procedure and support during commissioning phase. ·Overall ensure his/her areas as well as working with other disciplines as a team to ensure projects are executed achieving safety and quality goals, within cost and schedule. ·Coach, mentor, and share knowledge with young engineers and other disciplines, department within OBU. ·Able to apply various communication skillsets to manage difficult tasks and progress engineering issues forward. Requirements: ·12 -15 years in oil & gas, at least 1 senior or lead role in CPP or FPSO. ·Hands-on experience in Hysys, Flarenet, Pipenet software, Hazop, SIL, P&ID, PFD, UFD, Process datasheets, process control narrative in CPP or FPSO. ·Have led or in leadership role in process engineering in CPP or FPSO project. ·Endorse FEED at beginning of detailed design / EPCIC phase ·Able to manage design consultant which consist of engineers from different nationalities, background. ·Able to apply various communication skill sets to manage difficult tasks and progressengineering issues forward. Lead Structural Engineer Key Responsibilities Administer and implement company, and where applicable, client/project policies and procedures. Supervision of discipline personnel and allocation of work. Approval, checking and preparation of design/engineering documentation. Undertake training of other engineers, including duties as a mentor. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with relevant codes, standards and procedures. Ensure technical integrity of all discipline deliverables on the project. Plan and maintain the discipline progress of the project. Liaise with other disciplines, departments, project personnel, vendors, clients, etc. Commitment to and promotion of Companys values and ensuring the realisation of company and project health, safety, environmental, quality and ethics, systems, policies and procedures. Role Requirements Bachelors Degree or equivalent in appropriate engineering subject. Chartered Engineer and member of appropriate engineering institution. Experienced in the use of appropriate codes of practice, standards and relevant sections of statutory documentation. Experienced in planning, progress monitoring, forecasting and reporting. Experienced in controlling all aspects of discipline design including some multi-discipline aspects. Highly experienced in producing man-hour and material estimates for all discipline activities.
