Jealously is not a Christian virtue (via Katherine Mary Martin Osb) As Gal 5:19-21 clearly says jealousy is a work of the flesh, NOT of the Holy Spirit. Some signs of jealousy are: hatred, ill treatment, favourism against the other person and rudeness. Jealousy is the feeling one shows or feels towards someone due to envy or suspicion. Other signs are lack of communication, over possessiveness, lack of trust, questioning and hesitation in decisions and acts. I just did a Google search on signs of signs of jealousy and one website said dont be too brilliant. Seriously folks...we cannot change who we are. We ALL excel in one thing or another. Yes some of us may have 10 talents, some 5 talents and some only one but that DOES NOT make any of them less valuable or important. Use whatever talents you have been blessed with...be who God created you to be be....honor and respect the talents of others and lets help one another in the areas we are lacking. Cause we ALL have areas in which we are weak and lacking! We cannot all be hands or mouths or ears. For the Body of Christ to function properly we NEED each and every part of the body to function as it is intended....those seen (hands, arms, feet, legs, ears, eyes, skin, etc) and those unseen (heart, brain, lungs, etc and even the gallbladder).
