Let the good people and children paint the billboard! Bring on the artists! It would be a community effort to show the towns good people want to show a great faith act, that the city of Salem love their little town! Do not bring negativity to the "good" folks of Salem and their efforts to have a great town where people would want to visit! Someone who has the mean$ should donate project materials so this sign can get done. Mr. Mayor, you should work with these fine folks of Salem and do great feats and deeds! If you, Mr. Mayor do not do a 360 degree turn, you are doing damage to your city! Start leading your "town" and roll out the red carpet and let the fine citizens in your town walk around proudly in their town. Do no abuse your office in which you were voted. Do not be spineless in your actions! You are your own man! Start by making a step in the right direction! God bless! And "Save Phineas"!
