Jeepers friends that was a weekend to be sure...thankyou for coming and taking the territory home with you...thankyou for keeping us going...more updates soon but just quickly...so yeah we were meant to play in the diamond harbour hall but it got closed down unexpectedly, so we moved to the rugby club and then that closed then we moved outside and then the wind was comin so we moved to Living Springs (thankyou for their generosity!) but then just as people were arriving a scrub fire kicked up above the hall in the interests of safety we got the word and thought it best to shut er down...but then nobody could leave due to the fire trucks up the road so we played outside in the carpark with our good friends eb and sparrow bowling in for good measure...because of the chaotic nature of the day we were unsure as to how many ticketed people made it up or not...we tried to offer folks their money back, however if you didnt make it or did and need a refund please contact undertheradar.co.nz where you brought the tickets from and they will arrange a refund...sorry for any hassle...if noone claims their refund we will donate any left overs to the cholmondeley.org.nz/...sorry for any hassle well make it up at diamond harbour in january...next stops this week though oamaru, dunedin, bluff, stewart island and okarito...talk soon!
