Jenni: WARNING! Keep your belongings close to you and secure. This evening I was sat in The Widow Frost with family members when an unknown man approached us and tried to give me some leafets that are readily available in the pub. As he walked away I realised my phone had gone off the table so I shouted him back and he gave it back, making the remark I was only joking. He then turned to walk away again and I approached a manager and warned him. He quickly exited the pub. Luckily I work at this venue so found it suspicous that he was giving me these leaflets in the first place, which is why I quickly checked that my phone was still there. Someone else may not have been so lucky. It then turns out he and a friend have done the same in The Stag and Pheasant. The police have been notified, and their faces have been clearly caught on cctv. I just wanted to warn people.
