Jennifer Minier Albrecht asks, I have been battling severe throat pain for last 3 weeks (been to dr 3 times so far). Anyhow, I have discovered that talking flares up the pain, ugh! So, I am looking for creative ways I can teach that do not involve me using my voice much. I have 5/6th grader and a 1st grader that is still a beginning reader, needing lots of guidance. Looking for ideas to keep school going for awhile, maybe at least 10 days worth. My older child is pretty independent. But if I am taking my youngest off the regular school curriculum, seems to be fair to take my older off too. So, any ideas that I can do for both of them while I recuperate is highly appreciated.
