Jennifer R. Napolitano, 28, of Union Beach, was arrested near Scholer Park Friday by Union Beach Police & the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office Bayshore Narcotics Task Force on charges of possession of heroin, suboxone & cocaine, intent to distribute heroin & possession of CDS w/intent to distribute within 500ft of a public park. Napolitano wont be enjoying the outdoors though, let alone Scholer Park, anytime soon as she remains in the Stoney Lonesome in lieu of $90,000 bail as of this morning.
