Jennifer and I had such an awesome time with over 120 of our family and friends that showed up this weekend for “July 4th Beach Party 2014”. We would like to send out a few special thanks to some of the amazing people that made it all happen. Brett and Melissa Barrier, John and Pat Woodall, on Friday the 4th of July for not only supplying most of the food, but also for cooking some awesome shrimp, sausage, corn, and new red potatoes. Man these guys know how to cook up some great seafood and thank you Jim and Diana Chenault for supplied the sausage. Denny and Cyndi Bunting for coming down from San Antonio (Pulling their BBQ trailer) for the third consecutive year in a row to help set everything up and on Saturday July 5th for cooking the most awesome Pig and Tenderloins I have ever tasted. Brett and Melissa, Buddy and Kendra Woodall, Larry and his family for making some very generous donations. Jim and Diana Chenault for supplying most of the ice, over 100lb. When there was no ice to be found on the Island anywhere, and helping restock the ice chest with beer. Danny and Grace Capps for helping set everything up, Grace making salad on Friday, for having their camper there to help hold our 120 feet of priceless ocean front real estate needed for the party, and for watching over everything so nothing would get pilfered. There are many others that help by either helping set things up, bringing a tent, chairs, food trays or dessert of some kind. There is not enough room to thank everyone that had a hand in helping in some form or fashion, but we appreciate all your help and thank you all for coming. Jennifer and I both feel so very blessed to have so many exceptional friends that love to party like we do. Please feel free to look at some of the photos uploaded that were taken at the party.
