Jerry Lewis sang this song at the end of every muscular dystrophy telethon he ever hosted. He sang it with passion love and emotion. No matter what artist sings this song it brings me to tears. Jerry Lewis worked with people that were suffering from muscular dystrophy diseases personally. ALS, SMA.... Jerry Lewis is a man that has passion, hes a man that was created with an enormous amount of drive. His performances at the end of the telethon were always heart wrenching and compassionate. Every time I hear this song no matter who sings it I will always think about the muscular dystrophy telethon that happens Labor Day weekend. Watch it when you can.
