Jesus Can Calm The Storms In Your Life.Mark 4:35-41. The Gospel of Mark - The Gospel Full of Actions.Jesus is presented as the servant of God ( Mark 10:45)- the key verse in this gospel. The story. Vs.35 .It was evening.Jesus said to his disciples, Let us go over to the other side.Jesus does not want to leave his disciples. Vs.36 Jesus was in the boat with His disciples. Vs.37 - A big problem arose while they were going to the other side of the lake ( Matthew 8:23-27).Without warning,a furious storm came up so that the waves swept over the boat. Vs.38 Jesus was sleeping in their midst but in control of the situation in the stern. The disciples woke him & said: Teacher, dont you care if we drown. Vs. 39 - Jesus got up,rebuked the wind & said to the waves, Quiet, be still.Then the wind died down & it was completely calm. Storms of Life can be heavy trials ,big financial burden,or family problems. III.Happy Conclusion Psalm 34:19 The righteous has many troubles but The Lord delivers him from all troubles.
