Jesus Christ What thoughts go through our minds when we hear that name? How does hearing it make us feel? Do we think of the baby Jesus in a manger, or maybe Jesus as a man in his time of ministry, teaching, preaching and healing. What about Him on the cross suffering, dyeing and being raised from the tomb for us. Well Hes all that and more, Hes also sitting on the right side of God on the seat of judgement. We tend to lump all of us as believers and non believers, but that is wrong. I have believed in God my whole life but was living my life like I wanted not like Jesus wants. Eleven years ago I changed my way, no scratch that , Jesus changed my life. I now know its not about me, its about Him. I didnt mean for this to go as long as it has, just wanted to say the next time you hear the name Jesus, pay attention to how you react to it. If He is your Lord and Savior and that name makes you smile then Glory to God!!! If you feel an emptiness and maybe want to hide or get away you might want to do some soul searching and figure out why and if you feel a nudge from the Holy Spirit and want to know more about Him then please find someone trustworthy to talk to or maybe pick up that old dusty bible and start reading in John. Just please dont listen to hearsay or others that might lead you wrong. I pray that you will seek Him, for if you do He will find you. As a matter of fact Hes waiting for you now.
