Jesus Is The Lighthouse Somewhere in your past, Your ship may have run aground, But with Jesus as your Savior, New hope can always be found. So don’t let your past, Defeat you each day, Just turn you head Heavenward, Looking to Jesus the Lord, And then humbly pray. He wants to save your soul, For all eternity with Him, And His light will surround you, And that light will not be dim. So if you will come today, And let Him come in, You will have peace and great joy, That you will feel within. So friend if your ship, Has run aground, Just turn your life over to Him, And let him turn you around. For Jesus is the lighthouse, That will keep us from running aground, As we sail the seas of life, And in Him mercy is found. © Patricia Lawrence
