Jesus calling ~ Learn to listen to Me even while you are listening to other people. As they open their souls to your scrutiny, you are on holy ground. You need the help of My Spirit to respond appropriately. Ask Him to think through you, live through you, love through you. My own Being is alive within you in the Person of the Holy Spirit. If you respond to others needs through your unaided thought processes, you offer them dry crumbs. When the Spirit empowers your listening and speaking, My streams of living water flow through you to other people. Be a channel of My Love, Joy and Peace by listening to Me as you listen to others. ~ Lord, Thank You for our Helper, the Holy Spirit without whom we would be wandering through life without hope, guidance, love, or any peace at all. Help us to grow in Spirit: Let Your Spirit lead our hearts and minds in the Way we react to others regardless of how they are toward us, that they see beyond the physical to the Light that is inside. Give us words that encourage and hearts of compassion that love as You have loved us. In Jesus precious Name always. Love You Lord! Exodus 3:5 (MSG) God said, “Don’t come any closer. So you do not belong to yourselves, John 7:38-39 (NCV) If anyone believes in me, rivers of living water will flow out from that person’s heart, as the Scripture says.” Jesus was talking about the Holy Spirit. The Spirit had not yet been given, because Jesus had not yet been raised to glory. But later, those who believed in Jesus would receive the Spirit.
