Jesus majestic words were meant to convey a divinely encouraging - TopicsExpress

Jesus majestic words were meant to convey a divinely encouraging promise of redemption to all humanity. Instead, centuries of misinterpretation have instigated wars of intolerant hatred, torturous inquisitions, and divisive condemnation. Though many Christian churches preach that those who do not accept or believe Jesus as their Savior will be condemned. What Jesus meant was that whoever does not realize himself as one with Christ is condemned to live and think as a struggling mortal, limited by sensory boundaries, trapped in the world of duality, because he has essentially disunited himself from the Eternal Principle of life. To think that our Creator condemns nonbelievers as sinners is nonsense. After all creation or God dwells in all beings, condemnation would be utterly self-defeating. God does not punish man for not believing in creation; man punishes himself. If you do not believe in electricity; so you never turn on the switch; you are left in darkness. It is your doing not creations.
