Jesus pbuh was the way and the truth and no one at the time could go to the father except through him >>>> The Christians being over Zealous tend to read in this verse more than it says. When Jesus came to the Jews and because of their bias and preconditions (they wanted a prophet of war to restore the kingdom of David ) they rejected Jesus and said you know what we have our prophets and messengers, we dont need you so Jesus said to them I am the light and I am the truth >> and if you think that can be saved while rejecting me then think again >> Jesus is prophesied by the prophets before him and if the Jews really believed GOD and believed his prophets and messenger then they should believe and submit to Gods will and plan but they rejected and put conditions so this is the answer . same thing with Islam the Jews and Christians reject Gods plan and rejected Prophet Mohammed only because he was an Arab and they say Jesus is enough for us or Moses is enough for us >> even though Mohammed is prophesied in the bible. hence the verse in the Quran 3:85 And whoever desires other than Islam as religion - never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers.
