Jesus said fifty-eleven times, “Don’t be afraid.” John Flavel said, before God can cure our disease of fear, He must first cure our unbelief. Rather than infect my family with fear, I’ll teach my tiny believers the power of prayer. I’ll fill them with the Language of God and press the seed of faith deep into their palms. We have endless hope—we’re raising the most important generation in history. Our children can’t suffer to be plunged into our own lukewarmness—they need real faith, not another study guide. They need to hear what God has done—not the distorted headlines of what He hasn’t. We can turn this thing around and cure terror with a generation that obeys God relentlessly and loves like Jesus Christ.
