Jill set up a reservation last night for a hotel using what she thought was a link to the Red Roof Inn. Today, she found out that she could get a room at a hotel shed rather stay at, so tried to cancel the Red Roof Inn one. Turns out that the site she clicked on was not actually the Red Roof Inn site, but Expedia. Red Roof sent her to Expedia. Expedia said that her request had been transferred to Hotel. They switched her to them, but Hotel hung up on her. She called again and was told that she could cancel the reservation she set up just last night ... for $60. So she wasted an hour before hitting the road and ended up just going with her original reservation, as she wasnt about to give Hotel $60 just to cancel a $50 hotel room.
