Jim Balthaser I may have missed it but I do not believe Judge Ann Covey has ruled on whether she will allow the NCAA to back out of its suit vs. Senator Corman over the $60 million fine. I wonder if shes trying to find legal basis to allow the challenge to the CD to move forward in some aspect of this lawsuit despite the NCAAs attempt to cowardly remove itself. Let us be thankful that Senator Corman and Treasurer McCord have asked for the court to allow then to now challenge the validity of the Consent Decree.
