Jimmy Jay is on record reminding Gov Mutua that machakos county is not Machakos town.... Whereas he went ahead and constituted a shadow govt that 90% if not 100% of the members come from machakos town constituency... I hereby render that team useless & it doesnt represent the people of machakos... Its sad that in a county with 8 constituencies only two managed to produce the shadow govt officials... In the spirit of fighting clanism & nepotism... I hereby pronounce the shadow govt dissolved.. P/p!!
