CARGO DIVISION DIRECTOR A proactive tactician who will drive and expand cargo department including sales and operations strategically to meet company’s cargo department goals and targets, Guiding cargo staff and empowering them to function independently whilst mapping out a strategic ‘check & control’ mechanism to confirm whether or not the staff is proactive and motivated all the time.
