Job 19:13-21 ARE YOU FORSAKEN? All my intimate friends detest - TopicsExpress

Job 19:13-21 ARE YOU FORSAKEN? All my intimate friends detest me; those I love have turned against me. Job 19:19, NIV A man was forced through diabolical means to forsake his pregnant wife. Twenty-seven years after, he regained his senses and started searching the Internet for her contact. Luckily for him, he found both the child and his mother. While the man was still struggling with life, the woman in spite of all the sacrifices and sufferings had obtained a doctoral degree (Ph.D). The child had graduated and had a lucrative job in a foreign land. This true-life story shows the manifestation of God’s power and benevolence on people who are forsaken by families, loved ones, colleagues and the like. Job, Jephtah and Joseph were deserted at one time or the other. But thanks be to God who never sleeps nor slumbers. When the world and its system or people forsake someone, God picks up such a person and brings out beauty from the ashes of the forsaken. What is or has been your lot? Have you been forsaken because you profess Christ? Leave everything to the Lord who judges all things. He will surely vindicate you and your days of rejoicing and abundance will surely come. Remember, “Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy....” (Psalm 126:6) • Birthday Blessing: “More over I will make a covenant of peace with them...” Ezekiel 37:26 Read Bible Through Passage: Isaiah 51-54; Philippians 3
