Job Announcement Position: Loan Officer with Farmer Livelihood Development Location: Preah Vihear province Deadline: 21 July 2013 -Identify loan needs expression from VSLA members. -Conduct loan needs assessment. -Facilitate and assist in making decision on loan application. -Make request and ensure loan disbursement to applicants is made on time. -Collect payment of both principal and interest following payment schedule developed in consent of loan applicants. -Monitor closely on loan repayment and take corrective actions on any loan which may be defaulted in the course. Jobs Requirement ?Bachelor degree of Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or/and analogous academic qualifications ?At least 1 year experience in micro-finance with public or NGOs sector, eg in Micro-Finance Institutions, or analogous experience understanding on micro-finance situation and community people in Cambodia ?Good numeracy including calculating skill, and organizing skills ?Excellent interpersonal, representational and networking skills and cross cultural sensitivity ?Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Email and Internet ?Ability to communicate in English, reading and writing ?Honestly, dependable and trustworthy
