Coordinate, with education departments, all activities related to the ETP grants, including participating in monitoring visits with grant analyst and ensuring required paperwork is accurately completed. Collaborate with education and educational vendors to maintain scheduling of classes and classroom for each Avanti facility. Prepare monthly reports to each facility’s educator to monitor monthly grant usage progression. Oversee grant writing process. Customer and service oriented behaviors in every day work interactions. Courteous and respectful attitude to internal workforce and external customers. Provide accurate and timely written and verbal communication of information in a manner that is understood by all. Listen, understand, problem-solve, and carry-out duties to ensure the optimal outcome. Use IT systems in an accurate and proficient manner. Contribute toward effective, positive working relationships with internal and external colleagues. Demonstrate cooperation, flexibility, reliability, and dependability in all daily work activities and a willingness to collaborate with others for the good of the customer and the organization.
