[Job] Looking for HR cum Admin Executive. 1. Administration tasks: This position takes in charge of managing and implementing procedures and administration affairs to ensure the operation of company smoothly. - Support other department on admin operations. - Support Accounting on book keeping. - Manage office operation, expense and supply office stationery and equipment to ensure. - Arrange vehicles, accommodations, visa for overseas partners, employees on business trip. - Contact, give a good reception to overseas suppliers, partners and customers to visit the company. 2. HR tasks: - Improve the standard processes to manage matters relating to HR. Support Management Board to improve operation norms - Implement HR plans, tasks to ensure performance smoothly according to the company’s strategy. - Develop payroll system, regime of allowances, regulations of rewards and labor discipline. - Compose offer letters, probationary contracts, labor contracts, labor regulation, employee handbook and supervise implementation. Handle procedures to terminate labor contracts and settle a payment and etc. Execute regulations of social & health insurance. - With the Management Board, do a recruitment to meet requirements of human resources for the development of company. Make a plan to recruit, compose JD, post jobs, search talents and do othes works relating to recruitment - Implement evaluation process of staff periodically or after probation time - Do training and re-train plans and implement as requested. Train integration procedures for new comers. - Submit periodical reports to superiors. And do others tasks as assigned Requirement: - At least 3 year experience in Administration & HR - Good knowledge in labor code, customer service - Proficiency in English with four skills is a must - Computer literacy for report and processing diversified documentation - Self-starter, high responsibility, carefulness, attention to details. - Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit - Communication and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate with people at all levels and handle employee relation. - Ability to work independently with enthusiasm and positive motivation.
