Job Responsibilities Business Development Executive Operational Responsibilities To build relationships with existing clients and to understand their business needs To administer business and client database on spreadsheet and program agreed by marketing To handle operational activities related to outgoing travel activities To handle and process visa applications To create and maintain website packages and to manage website content To administer Amadeus e-power margins (to be updated every two months) To obtain private fares from aviation department To obtain private fares from airlines To design six group packages for 2014 To issue daily sales reports To create monthly sales spreadsheet Business Development Responsibilities To partner, affiliate and represent small, medium and large luxury travel agencies and concierge companies in major cities worldwide. To be reviewed every three months. To partner and affiliate with these same agencies and others to establish an outbound destination for the Egyptians. Contact agencies and offices development for ground operations To identify further B2B hotel platforms To partner with agencies and network with local industry affiliates. Business development of online sales with international customers and agencies To create Egyliere Travel presentation for airlines for the purpose of opening new BSP links.
