Skill Set Required  Preparation of spreadsheet from information available on Quick screen.  Running of Citi screening basis the information tabulated on excel.  Review of potential Citi screening matches as Level 1 maker and checker.  (If there is any level of subjectivity or if the information available on bank records is inadequate to dispose the match, the match should be treated as a potential match and raised for L2 review)  Distribution of relevant data to designated staff in retail bank business units (branch and CAW ) towards closure of the potential matches.  Updation of excel with information as received from the respective business units.  Upload of the emails from business units into QS.  Sound Verbal communication with Citibank staff across India.  Sound written communication with Citibank staff across India.
