Job Opening: Home-based - Inbound Customer Support (Voice) compensation: Php27,000 Job description: - Provide first level phone support and occasionally evaluates escalated concerns. - Ensure consistency of processes, systems and reporting. - Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google docs. - Can troubleshoot encountered issues on their own. Qualifications: - At least 4 years working experience in a BPO company - strict requirement. - Previous E-mail & Voice support experience required. - Must have own Mid-Grade computer or laptop (Not a net book). - Must have a working headset with microphone. - Must have a quiet surroundings. - Has a DSL/Cable internet connection with a minimum 3Mbps speed. - Currently unemployed or can leave work immediately. - Advanced skills in English (Spoken / Written) - will be tested, strict requirement. - Can compose business emails. - Is a critical thinker. Can work under pressure with minimal supervision. - Does not need to be guided frequently. - Willing to work on Graveyard shifts, Overtime, Holidays, and can handle flexible rest day schedule. - Near a populated area with 24/7 net shop availability. - Can do self-training. Needs minimal supervision and can pay close attention to instructions. Effectively uses common sense.
