Customer Service (5 days/week) Job Description Responsibilities: To make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote various ICT products & services. To deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of the ICT products & services. To identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell ICT products & services and to provide services to prospective customers. To advise customers and to close sales via various payment modes. To work closely with other team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met Requirements: We are looking for energetic candidates eager to earn good money between the age of 25 -35 years old with minimum SPM with 5 passes. Candidate MUST possess a minimum of 1 year work experience, preferably in call centre environment (having telemarketing experience will be an advantage) Good communication skills (ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage) Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player Fresh graduates with a high drive to earn money will be considered Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. Salary & Benefit: Working hours: 9 am to 6pm (Monday – Friday). 5 working days in a week.
