Job Opportunity A Leading Mining company is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced: ORACLE ERP Finance Functional Support Job Summary Provide support of Oracle EBS application, user functionality needs, and enhancements in current Oracle Hi environment as well as future updates or releases such as R12. Responsible for analyzing and resolving user problems provide user instructions on Oracle functionality, requirements definition, gap analysis and advice on business processes as it directly relates to Oracle functionality. Responsible for requirements gathering, process modeling and functional configuration of ERF modules. Provide site level support to users, work will be performed in conjunction with Developers, DBAs and System Administrators* Translate business needs to Developers for report customization issues based on functional knowledge and experience of ERP Technical perspective. Act as focal point for ERP issues and serve as liaison to corporate ERP team. Responsible on business area transactions on the ERP system and ensure all work is carried according to the defined policies and procedures and report any violating or variances in work process. Analyzes user requests to determine best practice solutions utilizing existing ERP systems whenever possible Support ORACLE Hyperion application and ensure system is working according to business needs. Train end users on established programs. Job requirements Bachelor Degree preferred in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, and Information Technology. Financial, CRM. Supply Chain Management, Participated in ERP implementation projects and provided functional support, systems analysis and design. Extensive knowledge of functionality, integrations and interrelationships between Oracle modules with working knowledge of financial and accounting processes. Experienced and knowledgeable with Oracle e-Business Suite Hi. R12 experience is advantage. Hyperion and Discoverer experience and knowledge, Knowledge of Oracle ERP implementation life cycle. Clear ERP concepts of oracle applications. Proficiency in MS Office type-tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio. Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder presentations. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully with all different levels of employees, partners, and franchisees. Proficient in both Arabic and English, reading, writing and speaking. Passing the determined exams of this job (3) Years of experience in related field.
