In this role you will service employers by matching suitable clients to their vacancies, providing an end to end recruitment service where necessary. This may include pre-screening clients, organising interview times and ensuring everything is ready for our clients to commence work where they have been successful. You will continually develop new and existing relationships with business and industry in order to secure vacancy opportunities for job seekers. As a result, you will be mobile with employer visits throughout the week as well as working closely with your team to ensure suitable clients are referred to your vacancies.
