Job Opportunity at Chamber Member InBalance Health in Wayland E-Mail Cover Letter/Resume to Mr. Lowell Johannsen - lowell@inbalancehealthcorp INBalanceHealthCorp Shipping & Receiving Wayland Compensation: Depends on experience Job Summary: *Manage all incoming and outgoing packages *Must have the ability to process International Shipments using COO and understand how to obtain the proper paperwork necessary for customs *Inventory Control * Capable of processing shipments through UPS, Fed Ex & USPS * Load and unload trucks using forklift and pallet jack * The ability to create shippers and process outgoing shipments and associated paperwork * Put away inventory on a daily basis in their proper locations * Turn in all the shippers and packing slips to Accounting at the end of each shift or the beginning of the following business day * Order supplies through various vendors using company software * Schedule incoming and outgoing freight on an as needed basis *Monitor production schedule for manufacturing plant to ensure JIT inventory Essential Functions: * Capable of shipping goods all over the world * The ability of loading and unloading trucks * Processing shipments in a timely fashion * High level of quality and consistency in receiving and shipping * Strong computer skills * Very effective communicator Additional Requirements: * Housekeeping * Continuous Improvement activities * Improve inventory control Job Requirements: * Organizational skills * Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook * Very good reading & communication skills a must * Capable of lifting 45lbs * Fork Lift and pallet jack experience * Team Player
