Job Opportunity for anyone with good phone communication skills and experience: Customer Service Role - Temporary ($18 per hour) We require 15 people to join the Auckland City Council for a 3 week assignment The assignment runs from November 6th - 28th. Hours will be rostered between 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday and you will need to be available for rostered hours for the weekend of the 15th - 16th. This is a phone based customer service position and you will be working in Auckland Councils inbound contact centre in Manukau. Auckland council have revalued property in 2014 and will be sending valuation notices to property owners in November. In this assignment you will be the first point of contact answering queries about the new evaluation. Fully paid training is available and will be based on site at their offices in Manukau. During training you will be working standard business hours and training will consist of classroom, role plays and call buddying. Ongoing support will be available for the whole duration of the assignment.
