Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Meeting and greeting clients and prospective clients Attending meetings with architects and the principals of the company Preparing marketing materials ahead of meetings Updating all marketing and promotional materials Managing the distribution of promotional materials Research and outreach to designers and architects in the Bay Area Working hours: TBD but will vary between Mon- Fri 8-5pm Requirements: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Prior marketing experience Excellent organization skills Excellent attention to detail Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project) Adobe Creative Suite Ability to work independently in a fast paced working environment Please call Joan at 415-752-6006 for contact details
