Job Position : After Sales Co-ordinator Ref : 1548 - Claire Zonneveld (Gillmer) Location : Johannesburg Salary : R13 000 to R18 500 per month CTC + 50 % Medical Aid contribution, Provident Fund and 13th Cheque Qualifications / Requirements: • Have a recognised 3-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Administration/ Commerce/ Business Science • Previous experience in an administrative support environment / dealing with customers • Previous working experience in the automotive industry will be advantageous • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint), with well-developed electronic report and presentation preparation skills • Have an excellent command of the English language and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation (including Directors, Management and external stakeholders) • Display excellent customer service skills and appropriate understanding of cultural diversity • Have the ability to handle financial administration and monitor budgetary expenditure • Exhibit the ability to effectively manage conflict and address conflict situations constructively and with diplomacy • Be a team player, yet be able to work and manage own output independently to meet high quality standards • Demonstrate problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines • Have the ability to work on own initiative and take accountability for own actions • Exhibit good organising and planning skills, with keen attention to detail • Have an excellent attendance record and be flexible to work outside of normal office hours when required • Display a high level of energy, enthusiasm and work commitment Key Performance Areas: • Provide general administrative support to the National After Sales Manager and the After Sales team in the operational running of the business • Analysing Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) trends as well as other key dealer performance indicators, compiling findings and forwarding same to the After Sales Service Department as well as relevant other Departments within company on agreed intervals • Collate Regional After Sales Managers’ monthly reports, itineraries, dealer minutes as well as agendas for timeous submissions • Collate all After Sales Key Performance Indicators and generating monthly After Sales Management reports • Consolidate Brand Review Presentations as well as other key After Sales Presentations • Co-ordinate all event logistics and arranging all aspects of After Sales Meetings with Dealers as well as After Sales Road Shows in the various regions (Regions include Gauteng, Western Cape, Eastern Cape, KwaZulu Natal and Namibia) • Secure conference venues, make travel arrangements for Presenters, provide continuous feedback regarding; estimating costs and the impact on the budget and ensuring the correct branding at all After Sales events • Assist with customer complaints; capture details and ensure that the complaint is directed promptly to all parties concerned • Coordinate all After Sales travel arrangements; i.e. responsible for facilitating flight travel bookings, hotel/guest house bookings, car rental bookings, VISA applications, and processing all After Sales expense claims on a monthly basis • Responsible for tracking, payment and recording of the entire departments accounts on receipt of invoices as well as continuous monitoring of the After Sales budget per cost centre • Coordinate and analyse Quarterly Dealer Incentive Reports and communicate findings to the After Sales Service team • Maintain regular contact and interface to ensure continuous improvement of regular and any ad hoc reports • Assist with the recording and monitoring of all After Sales training, arranging of venues and travel arrangements • Ensure that the Quality Management dossier is updated and in line with the ISO systems as well as update work instructions and ensure that they are distributed to the After Sales team • Responsible for ordering of all stationary and any additional materials required by the After Sales Department within budgetary Please email an updated, detailed CV to [email protected] together with a recent, colour, head and shoulders photograph of yourself.
