Job Position: Trainee Name of the Company: GIL Shared Services Pvt Ltd Job Location: Chennai Experience: 0 yrs Salary: INR 1,25,000 – 1,75,000 P.A Job Duties: To Reconcile Supplier outstanding balances with Agilitys supplier balances To process the invoices Coordinating with branches to get the invoices processed on time Managing the assigned suppliers queries, handle suppliers accounts independently Work and assist region contact in all Accounts Payable related activities Creating payment runs in the AP Module Standardization of the process Ensure that all critical suppliers are followed up on a day to day basis Conduct/Undertake trainings and participate in the team events as required Up to date documentation of the processes handled Skills Required: Graduates (B.Com) with a minimum of 50% marks Ability to communicate in English written & spoken Good typing speed & accuracy . Willingness to work in rotational shift.
