Job Position: Trainee Name of the Company: NSL Group Job Location: Hyderabad / Secunderabad Experience: 0 to 1 yrs Job Duties: Agriculture Trainees is responsible for doing Survey for Cane Development & Providing technical guidance and input on agricultural activities conducted by the program including development of agriculture Other activities include coordinating trainings with selected Essential Duties and Responsibilities Cane Procurement and development R&D and Extension Relationship with farming Community Periodical supervision of sugar cane crop and reporting the crop condition Cane supply target fixed to his division Field visit, village meeting & providing technical knowhow to the growers Arrangement of Harvesting &transporting labor also To Supervision and checking of cane registration made with the factory to supply the cane Skills Required: Good at agricultural development assistance programs; Experience in working with farmers is a plus. A person of known integrity Strong organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively, work independently, strong planning and Organization skills Fluency in written and spoken Telugu and English required.
