DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITY • Provide solutions to customer’s problems through phone and email. • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests. • Inform customer of deals and promotions. • Promote and sell the company’s products and services. • Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures. • Maintain a good balance between the company’s and customer’s interests. • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes. • Utilize computer technology to send and reply to customer emails. • Suggest any modifications to make the customer services program more efficient. • Provide Training to other staff members. • Pass on feedback to the relevant departments. • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered. • Adapt any policy changes. • Act as the company gatekeeper. Skills Needed • Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge • Efficient Telephone Skills • Basic Skills - Microsoft Excel and Word 2010 • Basic Skills - Mozilla Firefox (Ex: Opening and switching between multiple tabs) • Basic Skills - Data entry and web forms • Knowledge of Photoshop or photography a plus. • Understanding of image file types a plus. (jpeg, tif, psd, etc.)
