Job Profile information about Advantech Job Position: Russia Online Sales Located in St. Petersburg, Russia or Taipei, Taiwan (Taipei working time will be from 1:00pm to 10pm) Company: Advantech (advantech) Qualification 1.Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Computer Engineering / Industrial Engineering/ Automation/business administration with a few years of working experience 2.Proven technical knowledge in the following fields: - Industrial PC and Embedded product - Process Instrumentation and Automation area 3.At least 1 year working experience in telesales or telemarketing preferred. 4.Interpersonal & communication skills to work with all parties. 5.Proven ability in problem-solving skills. 6.Ability to cope under high pressure. 7.Speak fluent English/Russian Major Responsibility 1.Meet or exceed quota within assigned regions. 2.Accomplish the agreed levels of calling activity to raise revenue or volume streams. 3.Communicate with the existing accounts to increase or maintain levels of the present business activity. 4.Search proactively for new revenue/ new customers generating opportunities to meet the company targets. 5.Nurture, expand and improve existing accounts to become potential Key accounts. 6.Work with telesales manager to release campaigns to existing and new customers. 7.Develop, establish, and cultivate new database contacts and details of potential customers. 8.Ensuring the correct maintenance of follow-up procedures for the potential clients. Major KPI 1.Generate sales growth within assigned territory to meet or exceed quota. 2.Expand customer base by penetrating new markets and opportunities. 3.Increase number of General Accounts transferred to Key Accounts.
