Job Seeker Tips: 1) If you are a college student (or anyone really), please learn to write correctly. Please use correct verb tenses and complete sentences. Its really the least we could expect in a cover letter. 2) If you are interested in a part-time retail position, do not send a 5-page resume, especially if you have not been the CEO of a Fortune 500 company. And, if you have worked as senior management of a Fortune 500 company, clearly explain in your cover letter why you would want a part-time, retail position. 3) DO NOT call and ask how to apply for the position, if it clearly states in the job ad to e-mail labyrinthdc@gmail with a resume and cover letter including hourly wage requirements. BTW, we are still seeking a part-time retail sales assistant. If you are interested, see above. :) We have a couple good candidates and are hoping to make a decision within the next week or so.
