Job Target :Senior #Network Resident #Engineer Responsibilities: Responsible for managing a large enterprise / Govt sector in KSA. Day to day management of the team by handling escalations. Defining and enforcing the procedures and policies to ensure 100% uptime. Helping with the overall network architecture and vendor management. Performing periodic network audits and deploying the industry best practices. Responsible for making Incident reports, Root cause analysis and sharing with the customer. Responsible for reviewing the changes and active participation in CAB discussions. Responsible for maintaining documentation, diagram, Incident Reports, Root Cause Analysis etc.
