Job Title: Analyst – Measurement, Learning & Evaluation (MLE) Department at AmanTech Report to: Directly to Manager Quality Assurance Prime Responsibilities: 1. Ensure that AmanTechs priorities are realistically aligned with Aman Foundation vision and mission 2. Ensure that MLE priorities and systems are mainstreamed into all programmatic areas 3. Deliver trainings for staff to use MLE systems, and use data to continuously assess and improve performance within each program 4. Visit field programs regularly to ensure that M&E procedures are being carried out in accordance with plans, to provide additional monitoring support, and to conduct evaluations, as needed 5. Oversee the generation of bi-weekly, quarterly and yearly reports on programs and organizational performance to be disseminated with the organization and to relevant stakeholders and the media 6. Liaison with centralized MLE department of Aman Foundation 7. Management and supervision of data entry 8. Work with external researchers and experts to design and implement realistic impact evaluations of Aman’s programs 9. Ensure that program managers and field staff are current with best practices in MLE modalities 10. Consolidate and disseminate the findings of MLE activities in form of policy updates and reports in a timely fashion Hiring Criteria: Qualification- Bachelor’s Degree in economics, econometrics, development studies, or statistics. Other social science degrees with relevant experience will be considered. A Master’s Degree will be considered an asset. Experience- Experience in writing assessment and evaluation reports. In addition work experience with an aid organization will be considered an asset. Skills- a. Proficiency in Data Management and Analysis using MS Excel, Stata as well as all applications of MS Office suite b. Excellent writing, communication and internet research skills. This may be tested during the interview phase. c. Fully proficiency in English and Urdu. Knowledge of any regional languages spoken in Pakistan will be asset. d.
