Job Title : Application Support Languages : Arabic – English Country : Egypt Job Category: Information Technology Job Type: Full Time Description : • Deploy the Application on all PCs. • Train the end users on HMIS System. • Troubleshooting all users Problem (Application Performance, Connectivity, and Permission). • Communicate with All Supported Companies to Enhance the Application Performance, Modify the Bugs. • Identify the difference between system and clients requirement and provide the solution. • Independently collect and analyze clients business requirement for system. • Develops, maintains, and monitors procedures for all Database backups. • Prepare the Required System Performance Report. • Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving of SQL. • Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include rollout and upgrades. • Responsible for implementation and release of database changes according to agreed timescales and costs. • Designing , Creating and deploying reports • Designing, Creating and deploying electronic forms. • Design and programming any new tool according to business need. Qualifications : o Bachelor of computer science or any equivalent bachelor. o MCITP: Database Developer 2008. o Reporting Service is desirable. o Dot Net Programming tool. o Info Path Skills.
