Job Title: #Business_Trainer. Location: #Maadi- Egypt Working Hours: On demands. Job Type: Free Lancer. Start Date: 12 /12/ 2014 Reporting to: FLC- President PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Business Trainer is responsible for providing instruction “for advanced level” on areas such as Finance, Accounting, the stock market, the economy, HRM, Sales and Marketing and business operations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create lesson plans. - Develop testing and evaluation procedures. - Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions - Follow departmental policy for effective monitoring and tracking of student progress and use assessment data to ensure all students have individual targets and are supported in all areas of their work. - Evaluate and grade students class work, assignments, and papers. - Compile, administer, and grade examinations, or assign this work to others. - Advise the Head of Department on issues relating to the learning and teaching plus ensure effective resource management of each course and lesson as needed. - Follow departmental policy for effective monitoring and tracking of student progress and use assessment data to ensure all students have individual targets and are supported in all areas of their work. - Contribute to the program of extra-curricular opportunities for students to develop and improve their skills in business and enterprise. QUALIFICATIONS: - Language: Fluent in English - Excellent knowledge of MS office - Bachelor’s Degree with business or business education major or minor. - At least 300 hours successful classroom teaching experience. - Three to five years successful experience in the business field. - Demonstrated skill in working with business machines and equipment.
