Job Title :Food & Beverage Manager Location : Ngapali Beach, Myanmar Salary : USD 700~ USD 1200 per month Date Posted : 29 June 2013 Closing date : 20 July 2013 Employer Type : 5 star Deluxe Hotel in Ngapali, Myanmar Recruiter : Ngapali Bay Villas & Spa the Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for • Aiding the General Manager in overseeing the operation and staff of the restaurants, Bars and to maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency. • Maintaining a consistently smooth running operation. • Monitor and critique food quality and service levels. • Assist with hiring, and training of all staff. • Scheduling of staff according to occupancy levels. • Monitoring and daily tracking of payroll and revenue. • Ensure physical atmosphere and cleanliness of restaurant, including inspecting tabletops, side-stations and tray stands. • Assist with monitoring of all current inventories (liquor, beer, wine, food, etc.) and the ordering of new product. • Communicating with the General Manager on upcoming events, and promotions. • Assist in end of the month inventories. • Responsible for timely performance evaluations of staff. • Maintaining profitability of restaurant through forecasting and staffing. • Providing a pleasant and efficient atmosphere for staff and guests. Qualifications & Requirements: • a minimum of 2 year(s) of supervisory experience. • Strong track record maintaining consistent standards. • Closely monitor guests dining experiences. • Maintain a strong presence on the floor. • Strong technical skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Excellent knowledge of computers. • Strong customer service orientation and skills.
