Job Title : HSSE Field Technician Company : wts Skills : • 2-3 years experince in related field • Experience in applying Risk Management. • Good interpersonal and influencing skills • Ability to lead and inspire others Job Description : • To carry out continuous QA/QC on HSSE issues at all Sites, office, laboratory, maintenance, wire line, hydrogeology, and hotwire. • To support the building of HSSE culture. • To support Logistics department in it’s drive for road safety improvement. • To assist and support in reporting/investigating of incidents, near-misses and High Potentials, • To work in a solutions-focused manner to resolve all HSSE issues, with the support of the HSE manager, and in support of the leads of each worksite • Rollout awareness presentations and ensure understanding by all crews and office staff • Be familiar with the legal requirements of operations in all their relevant aspects • Regularly inspect all elements of all operations – rigs, trucks, catering, accommodation, flycamps, operations base, laboratory, light vehicles, mechanics department, and contractor bases. Log shortcomings and ensure they are closed out. • Participate in any incident investigations, identify learnings, disseminate learnings, follow-up • Participate in carrying out any risk assessments as required jobsinjo/jobs/HSSE-Field-Technician/id/664
