Job Description • Candidate should be self-motivated and customer orientated in responding to customers enquiries via email • Candidate will be handling all customers feedbacks received via Ebay / Amazon marketplace • Candidate will need to follow up with customers to resolve issues to ensure customers satisfactions are met • Candidate will need to work with different internal teams including Procurement and Marketing to deliver effective customer service at all times. 2. Key Skills / Requirements • Fluent typing skills of min 45wpm or above • Excellent command of the English Language (both written & spoken) • Basic knowledge of Ebay, Amazon or online shopping will be an added advantage. • Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to customers 3. Previous Work Experiences / Qualifications • Should possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in any field of studies • At least 2 years of working experience in the field of Customer Service, Legal, or equivalent • Strong personality and a team player
