One of our employees is going for maternity leave ( 2 years ), and in this regards we are seeking for Logistics coordinator Responsibilities: • Coordination of import, export & transit shipments. • Submitting to customer freight and FOB / DDP quotations based on cost calculations. Preparation of according paperwork, flight booking. • Registration of import, export & transit shipments, inform corresponding shippers and consignees • Coordination of cargo handling • Arrangement of shipment pick-up / delivery and provide with according documentation • Preparation of shipping documents for customs clearance procedures. • Follow up of shipments & appropriate informing of shippers and consignees about cargo status • Follow up of responsible storage & temporary import deadlines Requirements: • University degree • Min. 2 years of logistics experience in freight forwarding with the objective of achieving cost benefits, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction. • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, Russian and Azerbaijani • Strong operation skills • Strategic business orientation • Problem and conflict solving capabilities • Computer skills are essential combined with the experienced Office software operating, especially skilled in Excel/Word/PowerPoint. • Ability to work under pressure, high attention, result orientation; Working hours: Mon-Fri from 09:00 till 18:00 Salary: AZN 500 – 800 Subject to experience and knowledge
